Background
“The Belt and Road Initiative” has created increasing and diversified needs for language services in the world to promote a better understanding and cooperation among people from different languages and cultures. The College of Foreign Languages and Cultures (CFLC) and Sichuan Provincial Research Institute of Thai Studies (SPRITS) of Chengdu University are co-hosting the 2nd International Forum with a theme of “Smart Language Services: Communication and Innovation”, hoping to provide an academic and professional platform for scholars and practitioners to share their knowledge and practices for better communications and further collaborations.
